Hi Ladies!

I would like to share tips on work life balance. Here is tip 1. Figure out what you want your priorities, not want you what you think they should be.

Hi ladies, this looks like a great group. I work so many hours a week with my husband in pour family landscaping biz I always feel like thats all I or we do. I'm looking to get some advice for spending more quality time as a family without the business always being there.

Well ladies, reality set in today. I am going back to work full-time in a few hours. I should be sleeping right now but ya know, too much to do. Anyway, I was home alone for a little while (Bailey and Dad were out) and I just had a good ol' cry. I am going to miss being home with my daughter and I am just trying to balance that. I have been home with her for 11 months. I am grateful for the time. Some folks don't get that much time. I have to go to Tampa next week to train without her (I am begging her Dad to come along so they can stay in the hotel with me). I'll try not to have a melt down before next week. LOL.... Anyway, "hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go...." Talk to you guys soon :-)...

Thanks for the reminders Yolanda and Shirma :-) I know that is one area in my life that I need to work on and have noticed a difference when I start out the day with even just a brief meditation. It gives me a chance to find my center and sets the tone for the rest of the day. I need to re-commit myself to it daily!

Fitness is the one area in my life that I always manage to keep on track so if I can help any of you ladies with that just let me know. Sometimes we just need a little encouragement and accountability to get the ball rolling!

LOVE this discussion.

OMG, where to begin.
Busy in the a.m. getting her to school. And then off to landscaping and then maybe the computer to stay in touch. And the do
a Gift Account Walkthrough with a new client.
Then pick her up around 3 pm and then dinner, read, sleep.
And start all over again. On Sundays its church, and then the beach for awhile. What a day.
I hope to balance my day better with a little exercise too.
But its so hard when I have been digging or prunning all day.
Phew.
Oh, I forgot clean house, dishes, and laundry. Do we get more
hours in a day for being moms?
Great discussion,
Danie

Hi Ladies,

I currently work full tims as a Senior Accountant for a small tourist airline but side hustle and passion is Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company. So I am currently juggling both until I can financially go full time with my business and not sacrifice my quality of living.

My balance is out of wack right now but I am slowly gaining control and finding myself a little bit more each day. One of my New Years Resolution was to start living a healthier life and I am very proud of myself I started with little steps like mediating in the mornings or reading a scriputure, journaling, I joined the gym because working out at home was not working and I got the family membership so that I could my hubby and teenager off the couch as well. I also joined a local sister group so that I could surrond myself with like minded individuals and that has been a blessing because we are giving back to the community etc.

The main thing I need to work on is setting office hours for my new business my goal is to empower women to take better care of themselves and inspire them to reach their full potential to basically have hope and dream again. And incorporate some Me Time in their life we get so consumed with taking care of our families we forget about ourselves. Sorry I will go on a tangent. lol. talk to you later

Have A Blessed and Prosperous Day

I'm a stay at home mom and I work from home as a web designer and also do Sensaria Natural Bodycare direct sales parties. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and have no set schedule yet...so things are pretty hectic. My balance is all off and that is my big goal for this year...to get it all balanced and in harmony. I want to be a fun, organized, prepared mommy (not the one that forgets that it's PJs day at school today and sends her son to school in jeans), a loving and intimately available wife, and successful, put together and organized businesswoman in both my businesses.

Tall order...I know...at least for me. I want it all and the clean house and hot, fresh, healthy meals every day for dinner for my family. :)
